My Blog - How did i do?

In my beginners bonus whore section I have claimed that you should win roughly $1400 from doing the top ten casino bonuses. So how did I do? I have written below my first attempt at casino bonuses. I made some mistakes, and followed a blackjack strategy guide that I wasn't totally confident in. But in the end after doing only the top 7 casino bonuses, I'm up $910, and I'm looking forward to the monthly reload bonuses.

Casino on net offer 100% up to $200. I started with $400 and betting $5 a hand I wasn’t far off the wagering requirement with $350 left. I went on a horrendous run where the casino won 75 out of 80 hands, and I lost all the bonus. I cashed my deposit back out, so I lost nothing, but I was disappointed and began thinking $5 a hand may be too much.

William Hill offers a 100% bonus up to 50 pounds. I began with 100 pounds and bet 2 pounds per hand. After getting down to my deposit amount, I asked a friend who had done the bonus whether they allow cash out of your deposit, he said no you must complete the wagering requirement. What the hell I guess I’ll have to go for it I thought. Unfortunately I busted out and lost my 50 pounds.

I already had a bet365 poker account so all I had to do was transfer $200 from my poker account to my casino account and as they offer a 100% bonus I began to play with my $400 stack. I had completed about 1/3 of the wagering requirement when I went on a bad run, I credit my bad blackjack strategy guide, (the one we have provided I believe to be the best). I was betting $5 a hand and got all the way down to my $200 deposit. Believing I could just cash it out I left it there meaning to transfer it later back to my poker account. Fast forward to a month later, I go to transfer the money only to realize that I had to complete the wagering requirement before I could withdraw anything. I asked live chat, which is a handy tool, where I was told I still had a further $3200 to wager. Bad news for me. I decided to go all or nothing and bet $10 a hand. I won about 17/20 hands and got up to $350. I decided to reduce my bet and grind out the bonus, which I did. Finishing up on $345.

Casino club offer a 100% bonus up to 100 euro. The wagering requirement wasn’t too high, I gave it a go. Starting with a 200 euro stack I decided to change my bets to 2 handed BJ betting 2 euro a hand. I cleared the wager requirement after about 2 hrs, and cashed out on 180 euro.

Up until now I’d only tried blackjack bonuses, I was happy that the casino only had a 0.5% edge in blackjack. Slots however have a casino edge of about 3%. Doing the math’s it seemed like I’d still make money so I tried the City Club Casino Slots bonus. City Club offers a 400% bonus up to $100. So after depositing $100 I began play with my $500 stack. The wagering requirement is 20 x the bonus and the deposit, meaning I had had to wager $10,000 to release the bonus. Mathematically I should be left on $300 stack after finishing the bonus as the city club casino slots have a 2% edge. This turned out to be relatively accurate. I cashed out on $270.

Ps. It took a whole day to clear this bonus!

That's it for now, I've only done 7 bonuses and I'm up $1050. Not bad, but I did make mistakes, especially by betting to big. I'll update my blog very soon as I plan to do many more bonuses. If you're still skeptical just try the easy bonuses. Golden Palace is a good start! Remember you can start with a very small bankroll $100 is fine; you can even start with less.
